If for some reason, you decide to return part or all of your order, it's easy - simply follow the instructions below.
There are no forms to fill in simply cancel your order within 60 days of receipt by emailing email@example.com stating your name, order number and which item/s you wish to return.
Providing your return request meets the requirements below, we will email you a returns authorisation and a pre-paid label to return via Hermes.
Take your parcel to your local Hermes Parcelshop and grab a proof of return. Do not put it in a postbox, take to a post office or any other courier except Hermes. It will not reach us and we cannot refund items we have not received and not sent back as per these instructions.
The law says: With the implementation of the EU Consumer rights directive, consumers in the UK now have 14 days for unwanted goods, and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods to exercise their right to withdraw from a distance contract or off premises contract (including internet sales) without the need to justify and at no further cost other than supplementary costs. Please note that any returns notified to us outside of the EU Directives contract period are no longer valid and will therefore no longer be acceptable for return. Once orders are cancelled by email items must be returned within 14 days.
We offer a 60 day returns policy.
Items that have been used, washed, cleaned, damaged or soiled; items returned without full tags and packaging; items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke and perfume; please note we cannot refund items mentioned in the previous paragraph. Where the item comes in one of our brand’s glossy boxes this must not be damaged or this will be charged for as we have to pay to buy replacements.
Items not covered by our returns policy under the DSA2000 - any item which touches the g entials (unless part of a set), stockings, tights, no items from the bodystockings and one pieces collection, no items from the sexy briefs collection, stretch gloves, stretch dresses and any other item 'which by it's nature goes out of shape when tried on', nipple pasties, bondage ties, toys, handcuffs etc., eyelashes or any other item which has contact with the genitals or eyes, and all items from our bliss, relax or frolic ranges. Please do not return these items they will not be refunded.
Sorry, we do not exchange. Simply re-order in the usual way.
Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you providing all items if part of a set are returned. You should advise us the product is faulty before it is worn if possible.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, negligence, abnormal working conditions, wilful damage, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
